KLA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will partner with managers to attract the best talent and drive business decisions by leading a variety of recruitment processes.

• Lead full cycle of recruitment for various levels of positions (sourcing & CV Screening, in-depth interviews, references check, job offers)
• Develop & execute diverse and creative sourcing strategies by using innovative talent acquisition channels (social network, meetups, cooperate with top universities, etc); track and analyze data to engage with passive candidates and build the funnel pipelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand positions’ requirements and provide professional advice and insights
• Work closely with HR managers in order to promote recruiting processes
• Promote KLA’s employer brand in all relevant channels.
• Lead cross-organizational recruitment projects
• Provide an excellent candidate experience

• Relevant B.A , Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology / Social Behavior
• 4 years of experience in technical recruitment domain in a hi-tech company
• Vast experience in conducting in-depth interviews for all roles & levels
• Strong knowledge of sourcing practices and tools.
• Experience in working with social media
• Excellent communication skills & Strong interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in English
