כישורי ארגון גבוהים ויכולת לתכנן מראש
יכולות דיוק גבוהות
יכולת כתיבת מסמכים טכניים באנגלית.
יכולת ייעול ופיתוח לצד יכולת ביצוע הוראות
עבודה בסביבת GMP וניסיון בתרבית תאים ו-FACS -יתרון משמעותי
