KLA is looking for an experienced HRBP for our site in Midgal Ha’Emek.

Job description:
Developing and implementing human resources and organizational effectiveness strategies that support business unit plans and objectives.

Partnering with business unit leaders to drive talent management programs including performance management, employee engagement, coaching, headcount analysis, organization development, compensation analysis and recommendations, and recruiting.

Championing corporate initiatives within the business unit and ensure a strong partnership focused on the achievement of business goals thru talent plans.

Diagnosing organizational challenges and recommends, develops, and executes solutions.

Influencing and helping management to understand and articulate employee needs and motivations.

Proposing, recommending, and driving human resource programs, tools, and services.

Defining, analyzing, and measuring outcomes of HR programs through data analysis, reporting and presentation.

Providing strong HR consulting services in the handling of employee relations issues and successfully conduct investigations, as needed.

Promoting change management by providing tools, advice, and guidance to the business unit.

Educating, guiding, and monitoring regulatory compliance and report to business unit management.

Bachelor degree in Social Science or Behavioral science

Master degree in Human resource - preferable.

5-7 years of experience in HRBP role in a global company

Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, reward, employment law, organizational development and employee development/learning

Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action and exercises solid judgment.

Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Demonstrates project management and change management experience.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening skills both in Hebrew and English.

Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working well across different functions
