English as a mother tongue level – is a must
At least 2 years’ experience as Technical Support/ Customer Support
Technical experience and understanding
Experience of working with international clients
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
A fast learner and highly motivated
Willingness to work unusual hours, including Fridays
Industrial Engineering and Management Degree
Background in supporting CRM systems
