Main Responsibilities:
• Management of a big and continuously growing operation.
• Management of Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning groups
• Execution of the production plan per production goals and budget
• Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure that plans are being followed and that goals and objectives are met
• Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Main Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Engineering – a must MBA- an advantage
• At least 10 years of relevant previous experience, including engineering and production
• 5 years of experience in operations management of electronic / semiconductors facilities in a global environment
• Fluent English – a must
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural and intensive environment
