Develop and maintain courses curriculum and materials (lesson plans, presentations, checklists, manuals, assessments and webinars)
Organize and conduct trainings, webinars and workshops, at head office and abroad.
Assess training effectiveness, and incorporate feedback
Assist maintaining the organizational knowledge portal
Edit, standardize material prepared by other team members.
Indexing and cataloging material and information.

Native Englishs speaker
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2-4 years of technical writing experience
Experience in presenting and training
Experience with Learning Management Systems – an advantage
