• Maximizing sales results.
• Defining the local sales strategy, business and action plans.
• Managing the Sales & Marketing budget and activities, including maintaining relationships with key corporate accounts / travel agencies
• Managing the commercial and legal processes, as the legal representative of AF/KLM in Israel
• Leading the local team and defining their commercial targets
• Maintaining relationship and contacts with Israel authorities, French and Dutch Embassies

Requirements:
• Experience in sales management (relevant education – advantage)
• Customer orientation for sales - experience in marketing, pricing and revenue management
• Commercial understanding (pricing, distribution, digital)
• Fluent English & Hebrew
• Good practice of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
